so I had an ultrasound today, baby is 4lbs 11 Oz and I’m 2.5 Cm dilated and 70% effaced. Does this mean labour is near? I’m having back pain and cramps but not consistent cramps. I've had a vague crampy feeling off and on today and yesterday, as well as some Braxton Hicks (I'm very accustomed to them now!), but nothing painful, nothing tight all over.40 weeks today on 4/9-due date!! Tired of waiting on baby and in so much pain… constant sharp pain and cramping.
